Mike Stokes

SVP of Emerging Technologies, Veilant

Mike Stokes coined the term "Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance" inside the U.S. government in 2017 and led the Intelligence Community working group that developed the concept. A Navy veteran, Mike spent a career at the CIA before joining Veilant, where he leads work on emerging technologies for UTS awareness and mitigation. He has testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee on the risks UTS poses to intelligence and military operations.

Tina Schniebs

Financial SME - Advisory Services, Veilant

Tina Schniebs has over 20 years of experience in evaluating financial regulations and forensically deconstructing terrorist and criminal networks. Tina worked in the private sector advising high-worth individuals on estate and investment strategies to reduce tax liability. Tina next served the DOJ on criminal investigations involving money-laundering, then moved to the CIA where she assisted in crafting offensive strategies to make special payments, as well as tracked terrorist networks based on financial data.
